SHORT STORY CONTEST

Kid's Writing Contest 

Short Stories accepted from children in grades K-12

Rules:

Must be a Canadian or United States resident

Contest submissions accepted June 1, 2022 through September 30, 2022 

Submissions accepted to hearourvoicellc@yahoo.com

Story must contain less than 1,000 words be original work by the child.

Include the story in the body of the email as well as the child's name, age, and grade.  

Top 200 stories selected will be published in a book of short stories that will be available for sale.  Proceeds will be used to fund future contests.

The top prize is the honor of winning, The George and Evelyn Gibson Literary Award as well as $100 USD

Second prize is $75 USD

Third prize is $50 USD

Category prizes for best in grade levels $10 USD 

All proceeds will be paid through Paypal.
